The farm problem

Calendar reminders don’t know slim vs big-blue housings, which prefilter protects the RO membrane, or that irrigation mesh needs a clean — not a cartridge burn. Stock runs out mid-season while Allegro lead times stretch.

How it works

  1. Map the system — Devices with ordered stages (sediment → carbon → UV / RO / disc). Housing form-factor compatibility blocks bad SKUs.
  2. Stock with FIFO — Lots with purchase dates. Replace wizard prefers the oldest lot. Shelf photos keep the right cartridge on the shelf.
  3. Shop & label — Min stock + rural lead time → shop list with order-by dates. Print housing QR; scan offline — UUID survives backup restore.

What Free does today

  • Today & Devices — Attention queue with overdue and protect reasons. Clean vs replace for discs, quartz, and cartridges.
  • Stock & Catalog — Shared SKU detail. Min stock, lead time, buy-again URL, multi-lot FIFO.
  • Shop list — Forecast lines + plain-text share. Season mute and spring pre-season irrigation nudge.
  • QR & backup — Generate housing QR + PDF sticker. Scan QR or Code 128. JSON export/import. Sites stay Free.

Coming in Pro: Family iCloud sync, installer service PDF, and commercial shop EAN → catalog. Soft teasers only until StoreKit. Multi-site locations are Free — not a Pro upsell.
